Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, ensuring innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and enhance brand equity.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to expand online presence and engagement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing efforts.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and monitor marketing performance, corporate revenue performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights and analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing communications with stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels (digital, social media marketing, traditional content, etc.)
