Summary:  An Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities often include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing inventory and ordering, assisting with financial management, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and sometimes handling administrative tasks. AGMs often serve as a bridge between upper management and frontline employees, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for food ordering and scheduling
  • Inventory
  • Delegate duties to others effectively and respectfully
  • Oversee product rotation and organization
  • Work with GM to communicate any instances of coaching to constantly evaluate and give feedback to staff
  • Performs all other duties as assigned in accordance with the General Manager.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Provides supervision to others through coaching, motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks.
  • Holding team members accountable
  • Maintains LNS standards and codes of conduct. 
  • Oversees and maintains a high level of culture and hospitality throughout their location

  • Customer Service – The ability to satisfy the expectations and requirements of guests. Displays courtesy and sensitivity and responds promptly to service requests. Identifies guests needs and explains services clearly. Handles and deescalates difficult situations.
  • Management of Personnel Resources - Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, and identifies the best people for the job (putting aces in their places).

Experience and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate, college degree preferred but not required
  • Prior management experience
  • GM experience preferred
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Food preparation and/or bartending experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk.  The employee must regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The employee must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing.  

Work Environment: 

The employee may be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and loud and potentially dangerous machinery or equipment.
